​​​​Regional Prevention Services (RPS) Trainings Registration Site

​The Regional Prevention Services project (RPS) is a regionally-based system, funded by the Office of Behavioral Health (OBH - formerly known as DBH and  ADAD) of the Colorado Department of Human Services and administered by OMNI Institute.

The goal of the RPS project training is to develop the professional skills of Colorado prevention workforce, and communities as demonstrated by an  increase in prevention knowledge. All current RPS trainings qualify for the Colorado Certified Prevention Specialist (CCPS) application or recertification.

The RPS project has a Regional Prevention Consultant (RPC) residing in each of the six defined regions across the state.  In addition to training the RPCs provide group facilitation, consultation and support to Colorado agencies, communities, and coalitions working with children, youth and families.
